Biograde® C 7500 CL

BIOGRADE^® C 7500 CL is a transparent cellulose blend which is particularly applicable for injection moulding applications. Consisting of a high content of natural resource materials and with a Vicat A temperature of 111°C, it has an excellent heat resistance for a bioplastic.

BIOGRADE^® C 7500 CL can be processed on standard injection moulders equipped with a general purpose screw. Examples of articles moulded include ball pens, cosmetic pencils & bottles. However, hot runners are not recommended as bioplastics generally degrade if long dwell times and high temperatures are experienced.
